Bikundo Onyari is a Leadership Coach, Organisational Development Specialist, and experienced Trainer who is passionate about helping people lead from inside out. For more than a decade, he has worked with NGOs, social impact organisations, businesses, and mission driven teams across Africa, supporting leaders to grow in self-awareness, develop healthy cultures, and translate purpose into real, sustained change. As the Founder of LifePreneur, Bikundo’s work spans leadership coaching, organizational development, curriculum design, and team development. He has facilitated learning journey’s for emerging leaders, mid-level professionals, and executive teams using experiential methods that blend adult learning principles, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and practical tools for behaviour change. Whether in a coaching session, a team retreat, or multi-month leadership programme, he creates safe and engaging spaces were people feel seen, challenged, and supported to grow.
